Kiko joined Washington Workplace as an Account Executive and Business Development professional on Ray and Charlie’s team in the Summer of 2026.
Before joining WW, he spent the last three years working as a senior implementation analyst for Medline Industries, where he managed complex projects for a large healthcare manufacturer and distributor. “My time there allowed me to hone my skills in client relations and strategic problem-solving while supporting operations on a national scale.”
“I am particularly excited to step into this role, not only for the professional challenge but because I truly admire Washington Workplace’s commitment to being an active, positive steward in our local community. I’m proud to join a family-founded firm that balances top-tier design with a genuine commitment to the community and a real passion for making work life better for our customers.”
Outside of the office, Kiko is an avid traveler, an outdoor grilling enthusiast, and loves discovering new restaurants and catching live music whenever he can. He relocated from Chicago back to his roots in Arlington in the Summer of 2026, where he is settling in with his fiancée, Lindsay, and their cat, Kosta.
“I am so excited to finally put my professional skills to work for the company that has meant the most to me over the years. I can’t wait to meet everyone and get started!”
